Consultant Acknowledgments:
· I understand this facility contains proprietary processes, trade secrets, and confidential business information
· I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all observations, processes, methods, and business information
· I may photograph and document processes strictly for carrying out my duties and maintaining records to complete the agreed-upon analysis and recommendations
· All photographs and documentation will be kept confidential and used solely for completing the consulting engagement
· Reports and recommendations will be provided only to authorized facility personnel and will not be shared with competitors or other parties
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Consultant Responsibilities:
· I acknowledge that manufacturing facilities present inherent safety risks
· I agree to follow all facility safety protocols, wear required PPE, and attend any mandatory safety briefings
· I understand and accept full responsibility for my own safety while on the premises
· I will immediately report any safety concerns or incidents to facility management
· I agree to hold the facility harmless from any injuries or incidents that may occur during my visit
Liability Acknowledgment:
· I understand that the facility is not responsible for any injuries I may sustain while on the premises
· I voluntarily assume typical risks associated with my presence in the manufacturing facility
· I agree that my visit is at my own risk and the facility has made no warranties regarding safety

Consultant Services: Process observation and analysis, recommendations for efficiency improvements
Facility Rights: The facility may restrict access to any area deemed sensitive, and assign an escort for any or all activities
